Sadly as of 15th of December 2024, Bilby Bloom will no longer be able to ship to the European Union. I am working hard to find a way for shipping to resume, but until such time I will be cancelling any orders that come in from the EU currently. It is my hope that in the upcoming months all of us artists will be able to figure out a way for us to start shipping to the EU again, so please keep an eye on my socials!

When will my order ship & arrive?
I aim to have orders shipped out within 3-7 days including weekends. So if you order on a Monday, your order will be shipped out at the latest the following Monday morning.
For UK customers, orders should arrive within 1 week, but please allow 2 weeks before reaching out about lost mail.
For US & International customers, your order should arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks, but may take up to 6 weeks in extreme delays.

Does my order include Tracking?
All orders come as standard with no tracking available, with the option to upgrade if you wish. (I would highly recommend upgrading to cover you in case of loss or damage during shipping).
If you choose not to add Tracked shipping to your order I will be unable to tell you where it is or when it will arrive once it has left my shop, but can do my best to give you an estimated delivery date.

How will my products be packaged?
All of your items will come individually packed with either a backing card and/or a cellophane baggie to protect it from scratches and dust during shipping. A Thank You card will also come with every order which has a lovely Art Print on the back to keep and display however you’d like.
Your order is shipped in a padded bubble mailer to ensure its protected during shipping. If you purchase a flat item such as stickers or a Pin Banner, it will ship in a cardboard enforced envelope.

I'd like to return an item, how do I do this?
If you’d like to return an item you are responsible for the cost of return postage. I cannot supply you with a return postage label or reimburse you for the cost of the postage and packaging. If you are returning the item due to an issue or mistake I have made then I will reimburse you for the cost of return postage once you show me the receipt and proof of postage.

I feel the quality of my item isn't what I expected, can I exchange it for another?
I hope all my items match your expectations, but if they do not or you feel like the photos do not reflect the quality of what you received, you can email me and let me know. I will do my best to help in anyy way I can whether that is a replacement or a refund, or a voucher so you can purchase something else in my shop.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please allow up to 8 weeks for your items to arrive, although it rarely takes this long sometimes things can get lost in the system but reappear, or just take longer than usual to arrive for whatever reason. If your order has gone missing and you have not purchased tracked shipping sadly I will not be able to replace or refund your order.
I highly recommend upgrading to Tracked shipping for peace of mind and the ability to know where your order is so this does not happen. I am a small business and I hate it when orders like this go missing, but sadly it is unviable for me to be able to replace items out of pocket when they are lost in the mail.

I've ordered a Pre Order item, when will I get it?
Every preorder is different and production times vary drastically, but I should receive Pre Order items within 3 months. When you purchase a preorder you are accepting that there will be a wait time and that you may not receive the item for a while especially if any issues arise and I need to have them remade.
Once I have received the preorder they will all be shipped out Immediately to customers! So make sure you keep an eye on my Instagram or Blog to see if they have arrived!

Will my other purchases ship with my Preorder ?
If you have purchased other items along with a preorder, all of your items will ship together once the preorder arrives. These products will be placed aside for you so they do not go out of stock while you wait.
If you would like the available items to ship immediately you will need to purchase them separately and pay shipping again.
