Commission Rules
-
When you purchase a commission you will receive a full resolution digital image of your artwork. This is for you to keep and upload wherever you’d like.
You will also receive:A transparent PNG of your character seperate from the background.
A small icon of the head to use as an emote on Discord/Telegram etc.
You can also request to have your artwork as a Phone or Desktop Wallpaper.
-
This varies drastically depending on the queue I currently have which you can check here, as well as the level of commission you have. For Example, a sketchy commission will be completed much faster than a Fully painted Illustration. Once I have started your commission you should receive the sketch to approve within 24-48 hours. Once approved, the final commission can take anywhere from a few hours, to 2 weeks to complete. Below you can find an estimate of wait times.
Sketchy Style OC’s - 1-2 Days
Painted Style OC’s - 2-7 Days
Fully Painted Illustrations - 1-2 Weeks
(These are estimated times and not a guarantee)
-
During the Sketching phase you are allowed unlimited changes and edits, be it small edits or full pose and background changes. If theres any edits you want to make this is your time to let me know!
Once I have moved onto Painting and Colouring any large changes you’d like to make will incur an additional cost. Minor Edits can be done such as an eye shape being wrong, or flaws in the colours I have used, but anything more extreme such as a change of pose will cost extra.
Multiple changes will also cost extra - One small change is fine, but if those small changes start adding up it is at my own discretion to then ask to be reimbursed for the additional time spent.
-
You may request a refund at any time up until your commission has been started. Once I have begun sketching you are no longer entitled to a refund of any kind. If you are not happy with your commission I will do everything in my power to make you happy and will make edits to make that happen, I will not however issue a refund to you because you simply don’t like it and want your money back.
The only circumstance where I will issue refunds after the commission has been started is in rare circumstances where I can no longer complete your commission due to a personal emergency.
-
When you purchase artwork from me you are free to use it wherever you’d like, be it on your online profile- or having it printed at an On Demand website onto a t-shirt or cup. When you share your commission online I’d be very much appreciative if you could credit me in the description or if anyone asks you where you got it :)
Your right of fair usage does not extend to Commercial Use. This means you cannot sell products with my artwork printed, or profit from it in any business use unless this is discussed and agreed upon between us. (This does not pertain to artwork of a fursona which you have decided to sell on).
-
Blacklisting is an absolute last resort that no artist ever wants to do, and luckily for me I have never had to actually do this to anyone, However I must protect myself by adding this clause to my Terms of Agreement.
If I feel at any point during our transaction that you are being overly disrespectful, pushy and threatening - I withhold the right to cancel our transaction immediately and void any rights to a refund. I will send you the sketches and whatever progress I have made to your commission and our transaction will come to an end. This will result in you being unable to commission me again, and any mutual artists will be warned to tread carefully if they decide to accept a commission from you.
Just keep in mind to always be kind, and its okay to bring up any issues you have with your art and request changes, as long as you do so respectfully ♥
